A testament to the excesses and absurdities of 1980s yuppie greed, American Psycho: The Musical kicks off its second Australian run in May 2020 following a successful run in Sydney last year. Based on the 1991 novel by Bret Easton Ellis (later transformed into a cult classic film starring Christian Bale), this production stars Ben Gerrard in the lead role as the bloodthirsty businessman Patrick Bateman.

Featuring classic 80s hits from Phil Collins, New Order and Huey Lewis and the News and with nine Sydney Theatre Awards under the belt, this show’s progress will be well worth following.
